I ordered a knockoff brand 5-button remote on Amazon and it didn’t function correctly so I returned it and quickly ordered this AUTHENTIC Ghost Control remote. I lost a lot of time and energy on the knockoff brand, just to save money. It was not worth it. This authentic remote paired quickly and effortlessly. It’s 100% compatible with both of my gates, as it should be. I love this 5-button remote with “Party Mode”. I simply press & hold Party button until the light stays solid, then press the gate button that I want to stay open. It’s the same process to close the gate and cancel Party mode.
