It also started to come apart and it was hard to roll. I have not had trouble with other fondants so I know it wasn’t user error. I didn’t taste it because I was just using it for decoration, but I wouldn’t recommend eating something that looked so dry and old as this did. All in all, I didn’t have time to buy another pack of brown fondant so I made it work. Texture not as smooth. It did not dry completely black. False or deceptive labeling or advertizing - see photo. Said "Formulated and made by a USA company also printed on label says made in PRC (China). I thought I was buying a USA made product. The only good thing about product is that is doesn't stick to your fingers like other may. Requested halal certificat and still have not received it. Need to have these certificates on hand for customer orders.
