RV Awning Front Sun Shade Screen-8'x13'3''

First I will talk about the actual sun shade. It works fantastically. Our deck out front of our camper faces west, so it would get very hot in the evenings. It feels at least 10 degrees cooler. It is also much thicker and sturdier than I thought it would be. Well made! It took under 5 minutes to install, very easy. Just slide the cord through the a lot that is already on our awning, and when you roll the awning back in, the shade rolls up into it. I am loving this product! I should have gotten it years ago. Next, the customer service. It is outstanding! We got our shade as a Christmas gift. It sat in our garage until May when we got out camper out of storage. I got some bad information and ordered the wrong size shade. It was now 4 months passed the purchase date. It was totally my fault. I ordered wrong size and I didn’t check to see if it would fit. I emailed Tentproinc and assumed they would just say, “too bad, you should have ordered the right size.” And they could have. I got a response, on a Saturday, within 2 hours. It was from the owner, Michael. He explained that they could not take it back, but would give us a discount on a new one. I don’t know if he wants me to advertise how big this discount was, but it was substantial. Ordered the correct size online on Wednesday and it was at my door on Friday. He emailed me 5 separate times to make sure that I received discount, received product, and was pleased with product. I highly recommend this product and company. I love this shade Awning !!!!nit only GREAT looking So Well made and keeps my RV out of direct sun i wish i had this from the start when i purchased my RV .dont let the white fool you ive had it for over a month and its still bright white !!! If bird poo then just hose it off .well worth tje money dont hesitate buy it .im a happy camper

Easy to install, Good Quality material. First time that I used it, a hard wind broke my RV awning but the resist the wind with no damage at all.

The sun shades are great I must have if you live in Florida like I do very well made

I loved the easy appearance of application but once I received the front and side panels, those side panels were not easy to install and once it was set up, you're stuck with your awning being out all of the time. I loved the look and easy of the front panel and it was very high craftsmanship. If you don't have to worry about the winds ripping your awning if you don't put it in and are looking for a semi permanent screen room, this product is a must have!

We bought th 16' grey/black American flag awning shade and couldn't be happier with our purchase! It is not only beautiful but it drops the patio temp at least 10 degrees! We love the side shaders too! Highly recommend!
