All I have to do is beep the collar and she comes right back to me, the vibration Works in most cases and I've only had to use the shock when she tries to explore the road.I would recommend this collar based on how well ease of training has become with my dog, not to mention the amazing responsiveness and customer service of Planet Co. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ good so far *by L***A on Reviewed in the United States on May 7, 2019* I have had this product for 1.5 months.I have to say, I am overall happy with the product. Particularly with the battery life (daily use for about 1-2 hours, once a week charge) and the range. I also like the ease of use and the display. It is very easy to synchronize. I also like the vibration. It vibrates a little longer the types of e-collars I've used before. The beep goes off twice when pressed. I like it too. The antenna is designed in a single piece where it can't break off easily. I am overall happy with this product so far and the display design is practical, easy and pretty. Both parts can be charged at the same time and it takes about two hours for the receiver. The transmitter lasts longer and gets charged quicker.I was skeptical at first. The transmitter seemed a little light and fragile. To be frank, it felt a little cheap.I was also a little disappointed by the actual collar. It is no different than the one you buy for $15. However, it is easy to put on and it gets the job done. Another little thing I would like to add is that most e-collars in this price range (yes, I have had a few) come with a little string for hanging them around my neck. It didn't come with one, so I had to take it off my previous e-collar. This is really minor, but it would be nice if it was added for $65.I would give it 4.5 for the minor things mentioned above. However, so far it works great and it is a 5/5 for overall practical functionality. If something goes wrong, I will write a follow up review!I think it is a good product.
