I would have to assume that it does not. **Q: Does anybody know what type of 1/4 inch fitting on the end of the hose this is? This is not a standard quarter inch NPT fitting** A: It is definitely not 1/4" jic 37°. I'm still not sure but it looks like 3/8 NPT or some similar diameter, though not the same thread I don't think. tapered thread though. No jic hydraulic flanges. Guess I could grab a Graco hose from paint at THD & drag it to plumbing and find out, but that is f'n annoying. I hope you've managed to figure it out by now, I've been told basically half inch & down of nearly every fitting type I know of. **Q: Anyone ever use this material hose on a CA technology aaa or a kremlin ?** A: This would not be the correct hose for that type of application. It's nice being able to have that extra length so I don't have to constantly move the paint sprayer. Just remember before you use your paint sprayer to tighten up all your fittings.
