This headset is great. I connected it into my deskphone and worked perfectly. Light weight, comfortable and easy fit my oversized head.. Mechanical functions are well constructed for easy handing and endurance. Hearing sound quality is super clear and microphone is very good to hear from the customers. This headset is really helpful for my intensive works. I bought another one for my co-worker.

Needed a comfortable headset for work and this one is perfect. Good price and quality and VERY comfortable to wear all day. The sound quality is excellent.

I like to say very nice head piece it can rotate to left or right ear. You can hear the other party clear and they can hear you clear as well. The only dislike it doesn’t have a hang up button. Basically you have to wait for they other party to hang up. I removed receiver for telephone to be able to end calls.

Furthermore, they are able to deliver them at the fastest way. That’s why we are using lots of headsets as an insurance company. So, I decided to buy one headset for testing purpose. After we used about 2 weeks, we concluded it very durable headset. It worked perfect to our Polycom IP Phone. I like clear sound and good noise cancelling. Light weight and very comfortable in wearing. Looked endurable for long time use. I will purchase more headsets for our agents as consumable items. I also recommend this headset for office and call center headset to the other users.

I bought this last year and have been using it. Now I have people complain that they can't hear me. I don't know if the microphone is broken or the headset is poor quality. Update - finally tossed this in the garbage. No one can hear me. Waste of money

My work wouldn't provide me with a headset, so I had to do some searching. This is the second one I've tried, and it works perfectly. I can clearly hear our customers on the other end, and they can hear me. The only thing that annoys the crap out of me is how twisted the cord gets. I swear I'm slapping that thing away from me constantly lol. But other than that it works perfectly for me.

I got them because they advertise as "noise cancelling" since I work at home with a toddler, and you can definitely hear everything in the background.
