This veil is very soft and well made. The material is very thin and light to the point if you showed someone the packaging, they wouldn't believe there's a two tier veil in there. It could fit in a manilla folder, that's how flat it was. Packaging was great, veil was in a plastic package with in another plastic package. If the material they used was a thicker I think it would've worked out for me. I want to wrap the veil around my shoulders and because it is so flat and limp, it doesn't stay. It's still very pretty veil but will be returning.
