Review: It has become my favorite EDC knife. - Awesome knife! This is my first ZT and I am impressed. This knife wasn't cheap but I am really satisfied with it. I have been carrying it for a few months now and once I got used to its size and ergonomics, I find that I really enjoy having it on me at all times, since its so useful and ready for anything. It stays very sharp even after significant usage, and the action on this knife is very addicting, you won't want to set it down once you have flicked it open for the first time. The action makes that satisfying sound, like racking the slide on a 1911 does. It just sounds right! Its made very well and feels rock solid in my hand during use. Its a heavy duty knife but it carries a lot ligher than you'd expect, due to the titanium construction. I really like the deep carry clip, the knife stays out of sight but it also holds it securely in your pocket. I can take a motorcycle ride and not be worried about losing it. I have no complaints whatsoever, this is a badass knife! Update 2021: 2 years in and still going strong. Its been rock solid the entire time. Nice and tight, even after tons of EDC duty. I really like this knife, it's a tool I just won't be without. Buy one, you will see for yourself what I'm saying. Update 2023: It's been 4 years now with this knife and no complaints at all. It's been right-on the entire time. Still looks great, it's really holding up well. I use this knife regularly, which is daily, and I just stay impressed with the quality that ZT built into it. Still nice and tight and rock solid when locked.

**Q: How long does it take the flipper to loosen up? i have an 0350 and the flipper is much easier to use. this one takes 2 hands to open.**
A: One hand open not two

**Q: is this a genuine ZT as I went to their website and there are none available?**
A: If I remember right this was. DLT sale. It certainly appears to be the real thing. DLT is not a fly by night operation. Great knife if you don’t mind a little heft for EDC carry. Disappears in my jeans. Heavy duty and flips great.

**Q: Will any part of knife rust?**
A: I purchased this knife for my husband who told me that this knife is very rust resistant. I hope this answers your question. Best of luck!

**Q: Is this a original ZT and not a knock off?**
A: If this is a knock off I don’t care this is a  a great piece! Just so you know I am not a nut I have a couple of hinderer models xm’s 18 &24 also have several Chris Reeves knives sebenzas etc etc for the price you can’t beat it

Just got Hinderer Design Zero Tolerance knife and it’s without a doubt the best EDC I’ve ever had. I love knives and have had a slew of pocket knives for 40 plus years. I’d buy a knife, use it for a couple years and then give it to a friend when I felt like it was a good knife but still not the perfect knife. I’ve even had a couple Zero Tolerance but still not perfect. I never paid over $200 for a knife but those Zero Tolerance weren’t Hinderer design and the difference between the $200 Zero Tolerance and the Hinderer Design are noticeable. I loved all my Zero Tolerance knives but the Hinderer Design is is the perfect knife. After years of trying to find the perfect knife I have found it with the Hinderer Design Zero Tolerance. The action of this knife is so satisfying that it makes me want to open the flipper again and again. The sound of the knife opening when the blade locks into place is so much better than any other knife Ive owned. It’s cool The Hinderer Zero Tolerance at $260 + seems like a lot of money but it’s a great knife. I think I’ve found the perfect knife, although looking at Hinderer Designs website it looks like I might have to try one of his knives. I really don’t think you can improve on this knife but……..,,.
