Spa Sciences ECHO - Makeup Brush for Flawless Blending, Contouring, Highlight & Airbrush Finish - 3 Speeds - Rechargeable

I originally bought this because years ago I owned the Michael Todd Sonicblend Pro and really liked the concept, but eventually the brush head started flying off and the replacement heads became very expensive. As far as I can tell that model is no longer even available, so I decided to try this instead. I have actually been very pleasantly surprised by it. The first thing I noticed is that the weight feels nice in the hand. It doesn’t feel flimsy or toy-like. I use it daily on the highest speed setting to apply BB cream and vitamin C products, and it spreads everything much more evenly than I can with just my fingertips. It gives a smoother, more blended finish without leaving heavy spots of product in certain areas. The vibration is effective without feeling harsh or uncomfortable on my skin. It reminds me a lot of the higher-end Michael Todd version in actual use. Charging did take a while initially, but once charged, the battery life has been impressive. I use it regularly and do not feel like I am constantly needing to recharge it. Another major plus is that replacement brush heads are easy to find and inexpensive, which was one of my biggest frustrations with the more expensive alternative I used to own. In fact, this entire device cost about the same as a single replacement brush head for my old Michael Todd system. Overall, this has become part of my daily routine and I reach for it every morning. For me, it applies product more smoothly, more evenly, and more efficiently than using my hands alone.

It there was a ZERO BUTTON I WOULD HAVE USED IT !!!!! It does not work!! I went to charge it the first day I received it and the cord would not fit. The inner piece on the brush seems to be slightly damaged so it would not line up with the cord. So it won’t charge. I do not live in the USA so it is not worth returning!!!! I am beyond disappointed.

When applying liquid foundation, I want a smooth, even air-brushed finish. I've tried sponges, brushes, and my fingers to achieve this look, but none of the methods ever completely satisfied me. When I came across the Echo, it intrigued me so much that I had to try it. Surprisingly, it did a better job than my kabuki brush at giving my foundation a smooth, even, and non-cakey finish. My technique involves applying foundation with a round-top kabuki brush in a pouncing motion only to the areas of my face that need it the most. Then, using the Echo on the #2 setting, I blend and buff the applied foundation all over my face. I don't apply any pressure on the brush but let the movement of the brush head blend the foundation evenly. I also wash the Echo brush head after each use. This keeps excess foundation from building up on the bristles leaving a cakey application. Did I mention that application takes half the time of all other methods? The Echo is now my all-time favorite foundation application method for finish results, ease of use, and application speed.

I was skeptical after reading so many reviews that complained about the lack of ability for the device to hold a charge. The unit I received works great. It arrived pre-charged. I have used it for three days and still have not needed to plug it in. I ordered two extra brush heads. I have a total of three. I use one for foundation, one for setting powder and one for blush. The brush is easy to use. It truly blends everything beautifully and with much less elbow grease than my manual brushes. It truly does give me an airbrushed perfectly glowing appearance. You can't beat the price! If you are on the fence about this device go ahead and try it. If it doesn't work out for you you can always return it, but I bet that you won't be doing that! Update: my brush worked great for two weeks, then the brush head would not stay on any longer. The company’s customer service was terrible. They kept insisting I was putting the head on the handle incorrectly but I was not. They wanted me to return the faulty device at my expense and they would fix it or replace it within about a month or two. I returned it to amazon instead and had my refund in minutes.

I purchased this item years ago and worked great! However after several years the battery charge stopped holding. Unfortunately when I bought a replacement the battery issue started happening right away; however I contacted customer service and they promptly responded and are providing me with a replacement.

This was the second brush I bought. The first was from JCPenney when they were going out of business, so when it wouldn’t hold a charge after one use I was SOL. But when it worked, I really liked it so I gave the company another shot through Amazon. I followed the instructions word for word, but it never held to charge longer than one use. I would have to charge it every day to work for about 30 seconds. And now after a couple months of that routine, it just stopped charging. I wish they would figure out how to make a product that was consistent. Really bummed and it’s too late to return it. So, unless they were able send me another one, I guess I’ll have to move on and try to find another company that sells them.

Loved the way the Spa Sciences ECHO makeup brush blended my cream and my pressed powdered foundations but it would not hold a charge. The customer service department was wonderful to work with and agreed to send out a replacement immediately! I have several Spa Sciences beauty products and am very pleased with all of them. Great Company!

The product is not working properly (battery issue), but the customer service is very helpful - they offered to send me a replacement. The whole process was simple and quick.

I had never used an electric makeup brush before but having used this one, I will not go back. Gives a flawless finish!

Unfortunately, I was not able to get it working. It didn't hold a charge. Such a shame, I was really excited to use it.
