Gave top mark for all except overall service. Original jumpstarter battery expanded and blew back off when on charge could easily have started a fire if i had been out. Had a replacement charged it up fully,tried powering up and no good pressed start button and nothing. Tried Amazon again,said did i contact manufacturer pointed out id bought it from Amazon so its their fault to sort out.asked for upgrade to another model was told, was not allowed,was only allowed refund. Was told would have to wait 5--7 days after return received to get refund,pointed out i had to pay before i received it so whats the difference. Would give 0 for overall service if was allowed. Would not tell anybody to buy this from Amazon ### ⭐⭐ Purchasing items from Amazon Warehouse - think again! *by N***I on 12 September 2023* Bought this RAC jump starter pack from Amazon Warehouse as I was assured by them that it had passed a quality check. The terminal is warped, could've overheated and started a fire which could've have been very serious indeed. Customer services provided full refund but haven't truly understood the gravity of how serious a risk this faulty product posed to their customer. A manager offered me a £10 gift card on top of the refund expecting me to be satisfied with this..... No comprehension, compassion or ability to recognise a serious situation when it is staring them in the face.
