Honestly the best iron supplement I’ve tried in Amazon. I ran out of it almost 2 weeks ago and my hair started falling again in chunks and I started getting very tired again. I tried the Vitanica iron pills because they are cheaper, but my hair hasn’t stopped falling like when I was taking the liquid form. It falls less, but it’s still a lot. I have been prescribed various iron prescriptions and supplements over the years and they have all made me sick and I would stop taking them. A couple of years ago my iron was so low that I had to have iron infusions. I found this supplement and wanted to give it a try since it was a liquid. I will say that this is the only iron supplement I can take that does not make me ill so I am very happy I found it. The liquid is very sweet and if you spill any you need to clean up right away so the purple does not stain. But for me this has been a lifesaver and I can live with these little annoyances. They also make it in pill form if you prefer and I have used both. My iron levels are up.
