The box was received looking like it was beat to death but all the parts were there and no damage to the product. The instructions were just by pictures (which is fine with me as I do better by visual) but took me a tad bit to figure out some things. Once I figured it out, I was able to mount it to the roof rack with no problem. Quick, easy install. Mounted it on round Yakima bars. They will rotate slightly on the bar if you apply enough force, but it was not an issue.
