I have only used it around the house, but it certainly has helped with the pain and given my knees enough relief that I don't need to use it now. It is very lightweight, is ridiculously easy to assemble, comes in a very compact sleeve and the blue design is attractive. It doesn't make me feel tooooo old. It will be extremely useful when I am going through spells of my knee giving out. My collapsing, standing up and then collapsing again immediately has led some people to believe I have been drinking. The embarrassment WITHOUT the benefit of alcohol just seems unfair.
