**Q: Does it come with the bench scraper?**

No, this listing is just the disk set by itself. 
We do have the kit set (6”,8”,10”) that come with the bench scraper in our store. Thank you.

**Q: Are these made of food-safe material?**
A: Yes definitely. Thank you.

**Q: Should I go with 8.25” or 8.5” for a regular 8” cake? Would the buttercream frosting be too thick with the 8.5” one?**
A: Hello,

If you want to be sure, you need to measure the diameter of your baked cake first, and see how much or how thick of the buttercream you want to add on the cake.
If the cake shrinks a lot, get the 8.25". And if it doesn't shrink much, you can use the 8.50".
At the end, it is more of a preference.  That is why we offer both 8.25" and 8.50" in diameter :).

**Q: I just received my set of 2, and there’s some kind of brown paper on them.  Is that supposed to be able to peel off?**
A: Yes... And it's a pain in the butt, also.  I used a pair of tweezers to get it to separate, then was able to peel it off.
