Its a good small cooler, a bit pricey for its catagory but cools well. You need to keep it on low setting as it makes high noise, otherwise it works well. My suggestion is to go for a bigger cooler as this one is very small (2.5 ft) and only good for 2 person and a small room. You can buy a big 50 or 70 L capacity cooler with 3 side cooling pads for better cooling for additional 3 thousand. The only con for this cooler is this is having a small tank, that runs out pretty quickly (5Hrs or so) But it cools really well and highly recommended for small rooms (less than 80Sq/ft).

Worst cooler in terms of cooling. You have to sit completely in front of the cooler with a distance of 1 feet to get somewhat cool air otherwise you are getting a hot air blow if at a distance. Also, it's not ideal for more than one person at a time because if it swings to another side then you will feel heat again. As it doesn't cools as claimed by Symphony. I tried it with ice cubes but no much difference. My rool never gets cooled by it. However sufficient air is there. You will get cool air only when it's raining outside or a bit in night otherwise I sweat while sleeping even in night in this cooler due to heat. I had read a lot of negative reviews and still didn't trusted them but now I realized the mistake. Mosquito repellent is just a show not efficient enough to protect you from mosquito bites. Touch is good. Remote works at a distance of 1 metre max. So, not much efficient. Even the remote of my geyser works upto 3-4 metres range. There are 5 fan modes- high, medium, slow, natural and sleep. I can hardly find any difference between high, natural and sleep mode. They are just for god sake. I hadn't tried humidity control mode. But cooling mode is worst. Also, I'm not sure about it's memory. Sometimes after switching on it starts with pre setted functions but sometimes not. And technician also didn't answered it. I had to call technician 4 times in a month which is also very troublesome. However, it's small and cleaning is quite easy. I must admit this. I'm not sure about Touch 110 but Touch 35 is not worth it. If you seriously want something smart then go for Touch 110 otherwise I will suggest you either go for Symphony Winter or Jumbo model if you want some cooling. But if you want to waste your money then you can go for this one.

Got it Yesterday and here's my experience with the cooler so far. For: Powerful air throw. Detachable water tank. Very good touch response. Lights on touch panel buttons helps operate the cooler during night. Against: Loud noise which is the biggest deal breaker. Couldn't hear anything happening outside. Flimsy build, especially the water inlet door, which feels like very cheap plastic that seems to break anytime soon. Plastic on many parts lacks finishing. Remote control works only in a straight line when pointed to the top part of the cooler where there is a blue dot light. You must point it precisely to that point to get it working. The horizontal louvers goes to UP position blowing air to the ceiling everytime it is turned on and have to adjust it to straight position everytime the power button is pressed. This also happens when it turns on automatically following a power failure, which is very annoying. Now about speed settings. There is only a little difference between High Medium and Low speeds. Natural mode cycles High, Medium and Low fan speeds at an interval of 1 minute and 30 sec. Can't figure out sleep mode. Mosquito repellent feature is a joke. Overall if there wasn't the horrible noise, I would have given it four stars.

The cooler easily cools a nice big room and if you add ice, it’s great. The swing is great and the throw is also adequate enough till 6-7 ft away. The only drawback I felt was, the audio feedback / it has a speaker which announces the mode and instructs the user to open windows etc for better cooling. It is very irritating - if there is a switch to permanently switch off the speaker it would be great. Right now, even if you switch off the speaker, and switch off the cooler, after switching it on, by default the speaker starts instructing and the sound is irritating. Especially if there is a baby sleeping around it. Although it might be necessary for some people, An option to switch it off permanently would be great.

Reviewing after a more than a year, this is our 2nd summer and working well. The motors can throw the cool air (when added water) upto 10 feet on high speed. The swing flaps are still working fine and smooth. Adding water and cleaning from bottom is super convenient, just open the supporting flap and throw the sedimented water that accumalates over time after several use. The cleaning of honey comb pattern is a bit time consuming, requires a screw driver. It does make a sound of gushing wind. Easy to maneuver in house since it has wheels, light weight. Happy with purchase.

The symphony cooler is really a waste of money I would suggest people not to buy such stupid product first of all from the day one it is not giving cooling and the advertising says its cooling is Woh we hacmve wasted 8000 rupees to buy a branded product which is of no use and if n fact a local cooler costing here in jaipur of Rs 6500 is much more better, now it's too hot here in jaipur and due to this we are not able to sleep an the night and as usual these online people are not taking calls still due, the most worst part is in one month only the cooler is not working and we are stuck as to where we have to complain, so please don't buy such stupid product and that too from online.

The air cooler came without any instruction manual or installation-help from the seller. There was no cell included for the remote, which needs a CR-2032 cell. The hinges of the bottom tank are held by rods that easily slip out. The overall build-quality leaves much to be desired. The air cooler makes a lot of noise when it operates, which could have been forgiven if it cooled well (spoiler-alert: it doesn't). Due to the noise-level, you can't make out what the automated voice is telling you, so that is a wasted feature. Finally, this seems to be an older model than what is shown on Symphony's web-site. In particular, this model does not have the automatically opening and closing louver, nor does it have additional fan-modes.
