Most are very firm and difficult to get on the brush. In general I would not reccomend the pressed pallate **Q: Hi, this colors for gumpaste?? is it food colors??** A: It is not food colors. Measures about 5" by 7.5" **Q: Are these intended to be used dry or with liquid?** A: You can use them both dry and with liquid such as edible alcohol. I could see the color dust as soon as I started to open so I don’t believe this was anything I caused. Not sure if I can get it off of the other colors or not.
