Solid spreading knives
Great little spreaders for cheeses, etc. Love to use these on charcuterie boards.

Beautiful Product.
I was surprised at the versatility of this set. The blade can be used for spreading but is sharp enough for cutting hard cheeses. Beautiful craftsmanship.

If you want a real Laguiole knife, this ain't it.
I have a Laguiole Prestige folding knife from Au Sabot and have loved it for 50 years. My wife thought to upgrade our table ware and was doubly pleased to find some inexpense Laguiole cutlery on Amazon. Why so cheap? Because they are cheap. My folding knife cost $200 50 years ago. But more telling when I wrote Jean Dubost about the signature "bee" missing from a spread knife they have not seen fit to respond after two months.

Spreaders are well made
I ordered these to add to four spreaders I purchased several years ago. JDL is a company that produces quality, timeless items. These spreaders will look fabulous on my bread plates this Easter. Spreaders are well made and feel good in the hand.

These are great spreaders for softer cheeses and spreads. They always look lovely on your platter. They are not bulky. I do not put them into the dishwasher.
