(2) Does your desk phone have a RJ45 Jack for its audio output? If you answer yes to both of these questions then yes it will. I am not familiar with the model phone that you refer to so you have to answer the above questions. however based on what I do know about telephone systems I seriously doubt that the answer is yes to either of the two questions! They look well made, so we'll see. ### ⭐ Not sure how these are supposed to work *by C***S on August 4, 2021* The description says the RJ45 must go into the computer then USB to router, but also says that it requires a POE port. Never seen a POE ethernet port on a PC. I plugged the RJ45 into a POE port on a switch and the adapter never drew any POE power nor did it connect to ethernet, as evidenced by the POE and link lights. I tried several practical setups and nothing worked. Contacted seller thru the email included on the packaging and never got a response.
