This shovel is heavier than other shovels I purchased in the past. The circular handle is an awesome feature. The blades cut into the grass and dirt with such ease. I highly recommend this shovel to anyone that wants a high quality shovel at an affordable price.

This is one of the best shovels I've used in a long time. I have a narrower one just like it, but the width of this one really is great for planting.

A short, heavy shovel. Blade is thick & heavy duty. But the twin fork prods in the middle point of the shovel may be good for cutting roots, but not good for shoveling & moving regular material like dirt or gravel or general debris. That fork is a weakness & limits the shovel's volume capacity & prying ability. Plus the twin points might be easily damaged when used like a regular shovel,... like prying up a rock or under an edge of a sidewalk or burried rock etc.. So this is more of a stomp & push cutter device. Unlike some claims, underground rock(s) stop penetration like any shovel. Rocky, stoney soil will quickly dull the cutting surfaces. As for the round handle, can't really experience any advantage to it,... more of a gimmick I'd say. Shaft is too short to bury the handle in my stomach & drive forward with the power of my legs. Shaft & loop handle are heavy & strong,... but needlessly heavy given the short shaft & vulnerable twin point are weaknesses that negate any advantages of the short, heavy loopy shaft. BOTTOM LINE: Earns ***THREE-3*** Stars.

This is a very sturdy somewhat heavy shovel.. I have a great deal of stones and small rocks in my soil, and I found the weight of the shovel a little tiring while trying to navigate around all of the rocks.

Using it in the garden it is very durable. It cut three the roots and easy to use. I am 6’3” and thought it would be too short but it is fine.

Where has this thing been all my life? Game changer for digging up small trees and shrubs.

62 years old and have used many shovels in the past and this work of art has taken the prize,hands down!

Man this thing is a workhorse! It’s cuts through everything I have thrown at it!

After reading reviews I was a little concerned about the weight. The item does have some weight to it, but is sturdy. As its for digging & chopping out roots it does need to be good quality with some weight to it. Only used twice so far & it's great. Cuts through general roots really well. You obviously have to put some effort in to cutting thicker roots. Works really well. Value for money, will get more items from this range.

J'ai planté 90 arbustes comprenant des arbres etc... Mon sol est plein de racines et cet outil c'est de la folie. Elle est arrondie donc très facile de faire des ronds pour planter ensuite. On peut creuser et planter en 5 minutes un arbuste... elle découpe les racines très facilement. Solide, poignée pratique . Bref l'outil incontournable pour celui qui veut planter ou transplanter petit arbre , arbustes et plantes !
