LOVE this tub add-on spray handle
I have to warn that the first time I installed this, I didn't tighten the twist ring sufficiently far, so when I turned up the faucet to improve the spray pressure as I was cleaning the tub, it POPPED RIGHT OFF the faucet head and splattered me a bit... But hey, no matter. Scared the cats a bit, but it's a tub space... most of the water just hit the tub and lesson learned: TIGHTEN THAT COMPRESSION RING! Once I got things tightened up... this thing works like a charm. It's great to now be able to easily clean this spare tub. Yes, it could be a pet grooming station, too, I supposed if I had a pet that needs grooming like in the description. But our cats would probably object. : ) I could use it as a nice FOOT BATH, tho... Put a shower stool in the tub, and soak my feet better in the tub with this hose to wash them down and keep the tub spotless. All kinds of new opportunities about. This is a great little add-on, at a GREAT PRICE! Perfect!!

Not worth the money
I had hoped for an easier way to give my dog a bath than filling our huge tub with water and using a bottle to get her wet. This seemed like the solution & the price wasn't bad. Our garden tub doesn't have a diverter so this should've worked. I followed the instructions & soaked it in hot water for 5 minutes then put the coil around the attachment loosely before attaching it to the tub faucet. On my first try, after tightening up the coil, I turned on the water slowly & saw a trickle start to come out of the shower attachment, but noticed some water coming out of the faucet attachment too. I waited until it got hot, then turned the water up a little to see if that would help with the seal. I still had only a trickle coming out of the shower attachment, but now there was water gushing out of the faucet attachment. I tightened it a little more a few more times but with no luck. I tried turning the faucet attachment the other way around too but had no success that way either. The fit was tight but not super hard to get the faucet attachment on. I just think it's a case of round facet attachment on a square faucet. I haven't seen a round tub faucet since I was a kid taking a bath in an old clawfoot tub. The video is a bit deceptive too because it shows a square faucet & a really strong water pressure from the shower head. This was a big disappointment. I don't often give bad reviews. I'm usually pretty happy with my purchases & can think of only 2 other times in 100's or maybe 1000's of purchases where I wasn't satisfied. I'd advise against buying this product if you have a tub faucet with a diverter (the button you pull up to switch to the shower option) or if you have a square faucet.

A MUST have for bathing pets ๐ฟ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ถ
As an Amazon consumer, I read the manufacturerโs detailed product information before I make a purchase. Case in point, this purchase. The manufacturer specifically states the type of faucet needed for this sprayer. Your bathtub faucet spout MUST NOT have a diverter. (laymanโs terms: pop up button for shower control) The sprayer has a super tight suction fit which is further reinforced by the adjustable clamp. We softened the hose and faucet cover with very hot water, as the instructions indicated. My husband installed the sprayerโs faucet cap over the faucet spout and tightened the adjustable clamp. He then double checked the seal, as instructions state, by SLOWLY turning on the hot water. ****Beware: if you donโt have this faucet sprayer on correctly or tight enough this step will provide you with a hot shower!**** This is why the instructions state to SLOWLY turn the water faucet handle. On the first initial install, the faucet cap is super tight and takes strength to get positioned properly. HOWEVER; once the faucet cap is used & stretched a few times the installation gets easier. Honestly, this sprayer is one of the best purchases weโve made. I use it exclusively for the weekly bathing our Frenchie. A must have and necessity for bathing pets! Highly recommend & tremendous value!

Wasn't able to handle water pressure in house
It was pretty hard to install. I was worried that i was going to break off the spout when i was trying to get it on. But, it finally went on. There was no leakage - just not easy to go on. Then, once it was installed, it didn't seem to be able to handle the pressure. 1 - plastic sprayer came off. I put it on and warned GF that if it came off again to make sure rubber washer didn't go down the drain. It did. She didn't. So, i needed to open drain and fish washer out. 2 - so, i put the washer back on and tightened it up much more. Then, the sprayer attachment pulled right out of the hose. Not the screw, but the barbed hard plastic piece that went into the hose. I reattached that 3 times. 3 - finally, since the sprayer is very basic, i decided to screw a metal hand held sprayer on the end of the hose. That worked well for about 5 seconds, but then the attachment at the spout just blew out. That adjustable shower head was restricting the flow too much, and the water pressure just blew the rubber attachment. The product description does have a note saying [2.2 GPM maximum water flow]. I don't know what the flow rate on my tub is, but google says typical water pressure for a tub in a house is 4 to 8 GPM. So, it seems like this product might have an issue in typical installations. Worked great while it lasted though. [The dogs disagree as they didn't like it.]

Fab shower head, has worked far better than I thought it would! My advice to anyone buying is that it will work if you have a compatible tap but it does take some trial and error to get it right but when you figure it out it's very good and will work a treat. As it didn't come with any instructions I cracked on and tried to fit it with alot of leaking. When I looked at the company website they advise soaking the shower head on hot water for 5 minutes before fitting, this is very helpful as it softens the rubber and makes it easier to fit. You also might not be able to just shove it on the tap and tighten the clip. Take some time to tighten it fully then turn the water on slowly and check for leaks, I fit mine almost at the end of the spout and it gets a perfect seal. So push it on fully, tighten, test and if its leaking just loosen and pull it towards the end of the spout and repeat. You really just need to have patience and play with it until you find the spot that works on the tap. But most importantly SOAK IN HOT WATER FOR 5 MINUTES BEFORE FITTING TO THE TAP!!!

Just what I needed for our new house. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower which is great, it became an issue when I just wanted to wash my hair, and had no way to do it other than using a jug. I looked at so many of these, trying to find one that would work over the square type tap. This did the job perfectly as a fill in until I can get a proper tap with shower attachment fitted

This product made my life easier, I use it to give bath to my baby. Not sure why there are too many 1 star ratings, I'm just glad I took a chance on this one. Also to note, this product wont work for spout that has a diverter, its only meant for the ones that doesn't have the diverter which perfectly suits for my bath tub. Very easy to install, just soak it in hot water for 10 mins and then attach it to the spout!

No value for money. It does not fit to the bath tap. Leaking next to it. I guess the adapter was designed for big diameters taps. Nothing in the description mentioned this.
