This is really good quality chain. I had a hard time getting the links open to make a necklace but that just shows the good quality, not flimsy at all, very durable. Definitely would buy from this seller again. Oh, and I like the color too, a nice stainless-steel color, not that super shiny silver color.

I need the smaller link chain to make drops rather than making a chain to wear around the neck or wrist. I had purchased a smaller link chain where the openings were so tiny, I couldn't even use the jump rings that were provided with the chain (I believe the rings were 22 gauge). Only 24 gauge worked, and it is very hard to find jump rings in that size. With this chain, I am able to use the 22 gauge jump rings with ease, so I am a happy camper!

Strong and nice looking product, I am not using this item as intended for jewelry, but I got it to try and use for support chains for the l ids of jewelry boxes I make. I am very pleased with this product and it's durability.

This is a very pretty and strong chain.

It's fairly dark "metal" colored, not silvery like you might want for jewelry use. But it was great for what I wanted, to attach coffeepot signs that hang from the urns. 4 mm like this was a perfect size because you can put it through fairly small holes yet it's incredibly strong. The links in this one are the "stainless steel rolo cable" in case they're lumped together in the reviews. It looks just like a tiny version of the classic interlocking zeroes. Careful with cutting it--it is thick steel, not jewelry stuff or copper, so use a snips meant for ferrous metals and not a wire cutter--I forgot and was reminded. They have a bunch of different styles and sizes to choose from. 4 mm to give you some idea is right on the line between jewelry and functional. Smaller is for jewelry and won't hold weight. Bigger starts to look like hardware. You get a lot of it for the price, so I was pleased by that. It's either a lifetime supply or will keep me going until I get more--depending on if anyone else asks for signs for their coffee urns or something like that. I'm pleased with it and would recommend it for you too.

The links randomly broke - absolutely unusable in any jewelry product. I tried a few times thinking perhaps it was just the beginning of the roll. But breakage continued!! Good thing I wanted to wear my products(s) and try them out before I sold them!! I would have had some very unhappy customers! I threw out the roll - probably still 30 feet on it!! I didn't even want to use it to make chain tassels. The "B" seems a bit sturdier - no trouble yet with that one.

Als Modellbauer habe ich die Ketten genutzt um Schneeketten für meine RC Cars im Maßstab 1:10 anzufertigen. Die Größe der Kettenglieder 8x6mm und die Dicke von 1,5mm sehen maßstabsgetreu aus! Mit zwei kleinen Zangen können die Ketten gut verarbeitet, also Kettenglieder auf- und zu gebogen werden. Trotzdem die Kettenglieder nicht verschweißt sind, halten sie doch sehr gut, auch die Spannung über den Reifen halten sie ohne Probleme aus. Mit einer Kugelkette 2,4mm konnte ich die Ketten innen am Rad spannen, die Kugelkette gleitet gut durch die Kettenglieder, die ein Innenmaß von 3mm haben.
