I had taken these capsules for about 3 weeks before my period and the first thing I noticed was no breast tenderness at all, before or during my period, which had always been a problem before. When my period started, there was less spotting beforehand and absolutely no cramps! I had gotten used to always taking at least a couple ibuprofen at the start of my periods for the last 2 years or so. Probably the best thing about taking these was that it shortened the length of my period by a couple days and also lessened the amount of blood to a manageable/normal amount. Before, I would have to use multiple products and change frequently, which really hampered my functioning the first few days of my period and also disrupted my sleep, as I would often have to change my menstrual products before waking. Also, my mood before and during my period seemed more even-keeled.
