Do these bulbs include resistors so the do not trip bulb out errors in cars that monitor bulbs?

No they do not. They work in my 2018 VW Atlas but they do give errors.

How many Lumens? It doesn’t say anywhere in the description.

6000k is the color, NOT lumens. The lumen rating should be provided by the mfr.

Will these get hot during operation? If so, have you heard of any customer damaging their vehicle?

I’ve had my lights for over a year now and no problems.
