this hairspray just feels made for me, I can’t express how easy it makes styling my hair. I work long days and my hair is in a bun or updo every day, . I only use Giovanni products on my hair, (besides hair color-purple.) but this hair spray is unlike any other hairspray because it makes my hair look styled somehow. It’ll be flat and waves not waving smoothly, and will have no volume at my roots. I work some of this into my hair every day when I’m putting it up. It’s just an awesome hairspray. It gives like a healthy kind of out of the shower look and honestly I threw out all my dry shampoos because this stuff fluffs away greasy roots too. The smell and vibes of it- orange & papaya, it has extracts and oils but doesn’t make your hair greasy at all. I do a few spritzes and work it in, then once more and my hair has texture and grip to work with but no crunch and it’s hard to go overboard with this stuff. I really love this stuff lol I don’t write reviews for things but I’ll never go back to regular hairspray so long as they always make this!! I don’t think it’s a hairspray for everybody- it’s in a plastic spritz bottle and some people will simply need a different hold- but for my daily buns and clips it’s been so important to my hair routine. The one thing I’d change is the bottle size.. it’s quite tall and narrow; I knock it over often. I think selling a bigger or wider bottle would be great. This stuff lasts me awhile but I do of course don’t care for all the small plastic bottles I’m going through though recycling is suggested. I recommend giving this stuff a chance and ditch the tressemee

Was looking for a hairspray that I was not allergic too, and did not make my head itch like regular hairspray products do. I love this so far. I have very heavy, thick hair that has natural curl but is cut in a short hairstyle. This hairspray works perfect for me and only takes a very short time to dry so your hair is not ruined by wet hairspray. At first I was put off by the smell, but it dissipates and does not smell after it has been on your hair. This hairspray also brushes out smoothly and your hair stays in place all day even after being brushed. I do wish the price was cheaper. You do not get a very big bottle at all for the price.

Unlike most of the reviewers for this product, i have very thick, often unruly hair. However, because of it's weight, it can get very flat-looking at the roots. My favorite hairspray came in an aerosol can and has been discontinued, so I started thinking about healthier options. This hairspray is fantastic when I wear my wavy/curly; it gives it lift and cuts the frizz without getting crunchy. It also has an awesome citrus scent that sticks with you, but isn't overwhelming. I don't love it when I flat iron my hair; it's a fine balance between a very light hold and looking limp and oily.

I really like the SCENT of this hair spray. While many hair sprays have that same strong chemical or alcohol smell, this has a much lighter alcohol smell and a very nice Tangerine type of smell that is really nice. I really enjoy a nice smelling hair product as I think it add's to the clean scent of a person coupled with a nice Cologne or Perfume, and deodorant/body spray as an additional "layer" of scent on the body. This hairspray works perfectly in conjunction with other "scents" a person may use. It's also perfect on it's own. This is one of the best smelling hair sprays i've used in a LONG time! 5 stars for this product. Works great for men or women. Unisex fragrance. Giovanni makes some of the best hair products in the world for very reasonable prices. They are products that actually work.

If I was to rate based of scent I would have given this a five star rating. I LOVE the smell of this hairspray but it doesn't seem to hold my hair together much at all but I still use it and will continue to use it a tiny bit just for smell. It doesn't feel super stiff on the hair which was a plus. If you are looking for a good, strong hold I would not recommend this product. My hair is naturally super straight, so if your hair is naturally curly and you're looking for a LIGHT hold you may like this. I don't like applying heat or harsh products which is why I purchased this. I would sleep in braids and take them out for wavy hair.

For anyone who has an issue with frizzy hair, I highly recommend this product. Don’t use too much though; it’ll weigh your hair down and cause it to be greasy.

This spray has zero hold. I even thought it was just blowing air but sprayed it on my hand to make sure and my hand did get wet. But when sprayed on my hair, there is zero hold so a total waste. The only thing that held true was it smells good, but so what if it doesn't work at all. I've tried many hair sprays over many years and this one was the worst in terms of any hold at all.

I am very particular about scents and largely do not like many hair product scents. This hairspray was a game changer - it has a light tangerine scent and I hope they never discontinue it! In addition to smelling great and not overpowering - it also is a great hairspray. I love beach waves and will often spritz this and simply scrunch my hair to add texture. Works great, all day hold, smells fantastic - and it is non aerosol and therefore better for the environment! Get it!!

Subtle but gorgeous natural fragrance, wet when first sprayed but soon drys. Don’t know how but it leaves my hair looking and holding style great and in good condition. No more chemical Aerosol hairsprays for me! More expensive than the usual aerosol but worth it

Excellent product !

Fragrance is not too over-whelming (no complaints from my sons) & though it feels like a light spray/ hold, it actually works extremely well & keeps my hair in place for hours. Brushes out easily with no stickiness whatsoever. A great natural hairspray, I thoroughly recommend it.
