You know what? If you're looking for something that has perfect marcos, calories, satiety, or any of the stuff a real protein source is suppose to do? This really shouldn't be your first pick. If your vice for weightloss is say, Snickers, or anything along those candy bar lines, you want to get a little slimmer without feeling like you're going insane and you want something that scartches that itch with SLIGHTLY (emphasis on slightly) better nutritional value? These are definitely a solid pick. The flavor is excellent, you get the hint of protein, without much compromise on mouth-feel and taste. I ate about 5 in one day. Not good for the waistline but honestly? Not the worse thing out there. If your self-control is on house-arrest, I'd avoid. For a health safe, every other day, post-workout, on the go, just need a quick bite moment? Excellent. Just don't treat them like a main character.

These arrived in great condition, except the box was smashed. No big deal though. The bats themselves were wrapped & sealed perfectly. The texture is exactly as they’re supposed to be. Nice & chewy & taste great! The size is perfect. They look small at first, but they fill me up for at least 4-5 hours! The ingredients are healthy too. They arrived in 2 days with Prime! I’d definitely order these again!

I know people usually buy these for camping or hiking, or even for use in a bug-out bag, but my doctor actually recommended these for my time in learning how to inject Insulin! If I get low blood sugar, one of these straightens me right out! No headache, no brain fog or shakyness. I carry some in my handbag and in the car, just in case. They tasty great.

These are a great high fiber, protein filled snack. They are very filling and gluten free.
