Will this kill flying ants?

If you find the source. My understanding Carpenter ants spread their colony with the flying ants. Find the source or nest where the queen is and spray foam into holes or cracks and regular spray ants on their backs so they carry into the nest and powder in a circle around the whole colony the nest will possibly collapse

I can only see termite droppings on my work table that are falling from the ceiling of my garage. Should this work if I spray into the cracks above?

I would use this foam and the spray and the powder just to be on the safe side. I find the spray works well on trees and foam works well into holes and cracks. That said I have not used this on termites only ants and carpenter ants

Can I use it inside the house?

If you putting it into cracks or holes that ants are entering house from yes. Don't just spray around in open areas, there are other products for that. This is like a gel that fills holes and cracks and it stays there to keep killing.

Is this dangerous to use in kitchen area?

Description states ideal for indoor and outdoor use. Use it in kitchen, but not on counter/food prep area

Wow - effective or what!!

Totally 'user friendly' while absolutely not so for the victims. A termite infestation was outside my experience and so took a bit of research to properly identify.

Mi gran solucion

Soluciono mi problema!!!! Tenía hormigas carpintera en la pared exterior de mi casa y había usado otros productos y nada alli siguiente comiéndose mi casa, y por casualidad encontré este spray y lo probé y adiós hormigas y mato otros animalitos qye habían por alli. Abrí dos agujeros en la pared muy pequeños y metí el producto por alli y rocie afuera en el piso y mato todo lo que caía por alli, tenía miedo por mis mascotas porque les gusta estar cerca de ese lugar, pero todo bien... sigue actuando por varios días al contacto, fue mi gran solución y ya había gastado mucho en otros productos
