I ordered two sizes too small. I normally take a large size men's leather glove, and I found I should have ordered the large for this as well, but by then I had used it and inserted the plastic splint into a microwave to bend it to shape, and I felt it was not appropriate to try to return it. The instructions state that once inserted and hated in the microwave, the plastic splint can't be removed. I was able to get it out, but the heating process had left permanent fabric markings and indentations on the splint. **Q: What materials are used in making this?** A: I know it has some polyester and neoprene for stretching. This is the ones Ortho doctors use. I don't know what other materials are in it **Q: Why is the right small plus $10 more than any other size?** A: I don’t i needed a med send note to owner/ manufacturer **Q: What is the return policy on this item?** A: Not sure since I kept it. Read the small print.
