All three are in the trash. Upon opening the bottle you are hit with a strong chemical smell, similar to that of plastic that needs to air out. The taste is just as bad. I tried 2 of the three and had to throw my baked goods away as they dominated the flavor (I had hoped it would just leave the flavor profile) with that chemical taste and you could still smell the chemical smell. I love to bake and have never experienced anything like this.
