These bands are great and hold up quite well as both my husband and I use them Works very well for arm and leg exercises and the price is minimal.

These resistance bands do exactly what they are supposed to, give resistance for exercising &/or rehabilitation. Wish I could give a 4.5 since they are nice & I am satisfied with the purchase except for the 1 single (not exactly a complaint) issue I have is that the "Extra Heavy" isn't as 'extra' as you would want. I ordered a set of these while in a rehabilitation center so I could continue therapy on my severely fractured femur during the the hours the therapy department wasn't working or if too busy. The heaviest one of these isnt much more than a little difference with the middle band in the set & even the therapists were wondering why it was called 'extra because it just didn't hold up to the rep. The bands themselves are nice & don't have the rubberized chemical type smell some have I've experienced & they don't have a slimy or oily feel like some others do. They are actually nice other than that whole 'extra' situation. I would buy these again if I needed another set so I encourage you to give them a try if you need resistance bands.

Great product. I use the elastic bands to strengthen my shoulders at recommendations from my personal trainer. They are light weight but strong. Should last me a long time.

Bought these bands to work my hip. Can't really walk or cycle for many reasons. The bands are fantastic & convenient to use anywhere.

These break easily. Without even stretching for they snap. Good value but poor product.
