Can you use this on theFace ?

I’m not sure what the official advice is but I have been using it on my face especially when I have an eczema flare up on my face. I have an allergy to fragrance and very sensitive skin with eczema on my face. This cream is fine on my face but I do feel that the areas where I have eczema tingles when I first apply the cream and then settles. I find it does improve the eczema. I hope this helps.
