It's finely granular so it is gently exfoliating, and I love that it's in the shape of a heart, and the ingredients are truly rejuvenating. I didn't know I would love it so much. After a few years of this my injection sites look aged and hard. After only two uses I can see a difference in the texture and quality of the skin in these areas. The areas look smoother, softer and it has a more youthful glow.
