RGU-366-N 36" Gas Range Stainless Steel Natural

Run - don't walk - away from anything DCS makes. I own a DCS 48" gas range, model number DCS RG 484 GG. It has NEVER worked well since the day I bought it 14 years ago. I have thrown thousands of dollars down the drain and most recently had DCS factory authorized service (you get New Zealand when you call) come for the 3rd time to fix my broiler. I have been on the phone with New Zealand for hours on end. They will not stand behind their product after I paid $ 7,000 for a range. Latest service call today told me I need 3 new parts after replacing 4 other parts. This stove had to be removed from the wall to get to the part - then it couldn't be fixed. You are wasting your money with anything DCS makes. I cannot get any satisfaction from the manufacturer.

i have owened a 36" range for 10 years. Have had some of the best meals ever off this thing, Never any problems

Very disappointing. I have owned this range for 3 years now and have had nothing but problems. Today the oven stopped working. In the past the burners didn't work, they seem to be very sensitive to the slightest bit of liquid. Also the range lacks basic functionality such as the temperature display for the oven and an auto clean function. I have spent $5,000 on this appliance that has poor quality and lacks standard functionality

Worse ever. Oven burned everything. Every 2 years we'd have them come and repair. Now they have run out of parts. So a $5,000 dollar range is now completely worthless. Customer Service was like, "oh well, we don't have parts anymore". And see their website - they say built to last. Just not the case.
