Used to seal external van trim
We are converting a van to campervan and research told us that it’s a good idea to remove the external skirting trim, seal the holes where the poppers push the trim and pop the trim back on. This was what was recommended for the job and it was spot on. We used a heavy duty caulk gun and we always warm our tubes up a little in warm water before use. Easy to use, dried well and has done the job, no leaks or moisture issues Good value for money.

Similar to all sealants it is relatively easy to use but I suggest you keep plenty of kitchen roll nearby to keep from making a mess. I found using your damp finger is the best method of smoothing the silicone to create a relatively good finish.

Exactly what I needed
It worked exactly as expected - formed a skin after about 30 mins and set well within 24 hours. Formed a water tight seal where tiles met a bath (there was a leak). Use a beading tool if you have one, if not use an old butter knife to smooth it out. I would definitely recommend using this and would buy it again.

Nice silicone easy to apply a bit jessy on cleanup as it isn't water based.

Bought this as it is supposed to be low to nil smell but it stinks. Very disappointed
