Finally found something that fits well and provides comfortable support. Should be aware that it takes a fair amount of strength to pull it up as far as needed, but gets easier with practice.

Good knee brace for after work out does not stay up on upper thigh

I have a 24 inch calf and 32 inch thigh. The 6 xl fit around my calf great but was too big on my thigh and kept falling down. I couldnt size down because it wouldn't fit my calf.

I suffer from osteoarthritis and my knees hurt a lot. I am also a larger person, so have trouble finding knee sleeves to fit my larger thighs, as most of them want to just roll down. Braceability braces are high quality neoprene and I have never had the issue of the roll down, they fit very nicely . They provide enough compression that it supports my knees and helps with the pain. They wear well too. I’ve had this brace for 6+ months and I wear it almost daily while working and it still works great, it is not worn out at all. Would highly recommend

I bought this because the dimensions were larger than the one I have. I've had 3 knee surgeries and the left leg has never had the swelling go down. The dimensions are about 4 inches off at the bottom, middle and top. Neoprene stretches, but not that much. Beware!!!

Useless. Provides no compression and doesn’t stay up. Even tried to sleep in it and it provided no real support and the material was incredibly hot.

My daughter had a meniscectomy last year and still has trouble with her knee from time to time. She is plus size and trying to find a brace to fit was hard. This fits perfectly and has no trouble with it falling down. Would highly recommend.

Literally like wearing one of those beer cozys on your leg. I measured and the measurements were accurate and it fit my leg, but within 30 seconds it started to slide down my leg while I was standing up. It buckled and folded over my knee. If anything it was more of a bulky hindrance than any support. Will not be keeping this.

As others have mentioned it is basically a foam sleeve that provides a little support but definitely not compression. If you need a little extra support this will do but if you have bad knees that need medial or lateral support you probably should look for something with a metal inserts that run along the inside and outside of your knee
