Just got size 10 a little loose & long, should I exchange for size 9?

I agree. I have a size 11 and its the same thing. I think they are a bit loose

should I size up or down for 1/2 size?

Our philosophy is to go up a 1/2 for a sandal.

If I were an 8 in women does that mean the 7 in men will fit me

We recommend sizing two sizes down when converting to women's.
