Would it work for 4 zoned underfloor heating plus one zone for radiators?

No this can accommodate either 4 ufh zones and hot water, or 3 ufh heating zones and 1 zone for radiators and hot water. Kind regards Technical Support

Does this work with nest on a combi boiler for 2 radiator zones?

If you just have two radiators zones and not underfloor heating zones the answer is; yes, It can be used for that purpose, however it would be unnecessary seeing as a conventional heating wiring centre (connector blocks) would be all you would need and you can get those for around £10 from Toolstation or similar.

dose hive active heating work of this for my under floor heating .plus keeping my old thermostat for the radiotors up stairs
