It's hard to find any dressings or condiments which are not soy-based! If only they would consider that many people are sensitive to soy, especially breast cancer patients whose hormones contributed to the cancer! Now I carry these little packets with me everywhere, and I have an alternative when ordering salads. Surprised to find that many restaurants do not have olive oil at all! I sometimes pair the olive oil packets with balsamic vinegar packets, but these little olive oil packets travel with me most often!
