I make Energy Balls with these. Recipe: 1 C Rolled Oats, 2/3 C Coconut Flakes or Shredded Coconut UNsweetened, 1/2 C PB or Almond Butter without added sugar, 1/2 C ground Flax Seeds, 1/2 C of ENJOY LIFE Mini Choc Chips (or less), 1/3 C Raw/Organic Local Honey, 1 Tb Chia Seeds and 1 tsp of real Vanilla Extract Mix all ingredients and roll into balls. Store in Airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week and watch these disappear fast. (Note: you can swap out any ingredients to make it to your liking). This is not a criticism, just know that if you order a package of these ENJOY LIFE Choc Chips in the summer months from Amazon, they can melt a little in the package in Amazon van. Place in fridge for an hour if that happens before using them.

Chocolate covered strawberries are one of my favorite treats! I made some for myself, but I wanted to make some for a friend who eats kosher. These chocolate chips were perfect for the job! They tasted just as good, if not better, than Ghirardelli chocolate chips. They are nice and soft to the touch, and they were the perfect size - mini. The small size made for quicker melting & easy mixing. These also didn't cost much, so I think I'll be purchasing these from now on.

These are my GO TO chocolate chips! Baking necessity! I love that they are dairy free with minimal ingredients and are tasty even when you eat them on their own, they are not bitter. Usually go with the mini ones and they melt very easily. Definitely reccommend!

I don’t bake with these. I like to add them to yogurts and other foods that my kids aren’t too pleased to be eating. Just a few of these and a squirt of honey will get my kids to eat plain Greek yogurt! And my daughter won’t eat pancakes like the rest of us but I put a few of these in her pancakes and she will eat them. They are expensive but they last a while for us just using a pinch at a time. Worth it to me.

I am not sure how long it sat outside my door after delivery. I do not think it went over 90 F today but the package did sit in the sun. It was completely liquid, like water. I put it in the freezer and it solidified. Then I broke off a piece and tried it. Quite good, tasty. But moments holding it, and it melted in my fingers. I wonder what it is really made of to melt just touching it, and liquid at less than 100 F. Just warning you to be prepared for a mess, one way or the other. I guess you could drink it, or keep it in the fridge and immediately put it in your mouth. Maybe the people who made it have a sense of humor. I will keep it in the fridge and enjoy it, if I can break off pieces without too much mess. How curious are the ways of chocolate makers and sellers. To be complete, I tasted it again and it is way too sweet for my taste. It seems to be made of sugar, cocoa butter, and unsweetened chocolate. Cocoa butter butter melts between 93 and 100 F. I should have read the details before buying it. But just because I made a mistake does not mean I have to eat it. So I threw it away. You might love it. You might adore it. But I could not stand the second taste so I gave it up as a bad experience. I did not lower the rating. I have no clue to other people's taste. I can only tell my story of the melted cocoa butter chocolate, my meager analysis, and my decision. Best wishes.

We bake with these but also use as reward for babies learning to bitty train. They pee in toilet get a chocolate chip. Simple wholesome ingredients barely any sugar. No additives and takes longer to melt than other more commercial chocolate chips more expensive but worth it

It arrived melted. These mini choc chips are now a solid block of chocolate and cant be used.

I've bought better quality choc chips from Amazon but the ones I used to get are out of stock.. these aren't THE best chocolate, but for the price, I wouldn't expect that! The only reason I give 4 stars rather than 5 is that the ones I used to get (for similar price) were better... but athese ones are ok value.

I had bariatric surgery 9 months ago so i have to watch what food intake i put in my little stomach. These are awesome... they don't have that sweet taste like regular chocolate chips ... it's nice to find food that you can enjoy and not be guilty of eating
