Works well and literally adds another dimension to gravitrax

I now have 5 of these & they allow for a much longer track rather elegantly, as well as allowing better use of the "switches".

This device lifts a “gravity sphere” up by three large tiles (and a bit more). This makes it perfect for taking the ball bearings up to a higher transparent level supported by three large tiles, which is essentially the most useful height difference to use between levels. It’s the most reliable way to give the balls more height. The Hammer and Gauss Cannon really only work when speeding balls up on the level. The Scoop is a single-use element, but you can have a good track taking one ball from the top level to the base, then use Scoops to lift the ball back up to the highest level - one scoop to gain three large tiles-worth of height. Once at the top, I use the Gauss Cannon to fire the ball at a Volcano to release three more balls with plenty of energy to roll to the edge and each start their own paths back down. Highly recommend getting several Scoops to extend the time it takes to complete one “circuit”

Jamais déçu de la qualité gravitrax, cette extension est selon moi un indispensable dans un circuit, elle permet plusieurs combinaisons, notamment avec des trampolines qui sont en général assez difficiles à integrer. très bonne achat que je recommande vivement.

The scoop is voted on many Gravitrax fan pages as the best expansion to date. It added so much more new mechanics to the track design. It add both potential and kinetic energy to your ball, it requires very little space to setup, compares to the magnetic canon. It is not spring loaded which makes it more consistent than the lifter expansion. It is also very easy to reset. It's also more durable as there is no spring out rubber band which will lose elasticity over repeated uses. Get this, and get many boxes of this. You won't regret it.
