I first tried Fisetin in 2018. As I’ve gotten older, maintaining muscle fitness has become more difficult. This chemical appears to change something as I have been able to rebuild muscle strength, tone and mass as well as I did 20 years earlier. I suspect it does something for cellular metabolism like a tuneup. It seems to last about a year before wearing off. Then I repeat the treatment. 500 mg a day for 4 days then again in 2 weeks works for me.

I was skeptical at first, but have taken it for 6 months now. I definitely notice a change for the better...more focus, more clarity & able to remember more things. I am a 69 yr old female & was really struggling with focus & remembering small things. Since beginning taking this my friends & co-workers have noticed an improvement.

Fisetin helps to clear senescent cells, which tend to accumulate with age to detrimental effect; and it has shown other beneficial properties, as well, acting as an anti-oxidant. However, it is important to keep in mind that senescent cells have beneficial properties, for example in development and wound healing. It is these cells' accumulation and lack of turnover that is unhealthy. Another property of fisetin is that is has anti-tumor activity, and it inhibits the enzyme topoisomerase, which unwinds DNA for replication and transcription. The properties of senescent cells and fisetin suggest that the dosage and frequency of fisetin use may be very important. It has been reported that the beneficial effects of fisetin continue after supplementation has stopped. My own experience is that 100 mg of daily use was acceptable, but 200 mg (tried for 2 days) was unacceptable. My eyes began to sting and muscles ached more than usual after exercise with the higher dose. Everyone differs, but this is actually a strong supplement and should be used carefully.

I started taking Fisetin and my chronic bursitis is as good as gone, I haven't had a flare up in months I also got very lite and short colds during this winter, I feel that this product really helped boost my immune system
