Can this wrench be used to install a shower filter and shower head as well as installing a kitchen faucet filter head?

Yes, this tool can be adjusted to fit most bolts and nuts. You may also need a Basin Wrench, and shower stem wrench for the items listed above. If one does not have the crescent wrench, it is an all around tool that most people should have!
