I bought this for an older Craftsman router. It fit perfectly and makes the router much easier to control.

PowerTec came through for me once more with this router bushing guide baseplate! After finding my old guide baseplate destroyed (reasons i wont mention) i found myself in need of a new one. I started thinking i could make one out of plexiglass but wasnt sure i wanted to spend the time doing that instead of working on my project. I decided to see what Amazon might have to offer. Knowing Craftsman tools for the most part have been discontinued i was skeptical. I came across this item, love PowerTec, and read most all of the reviews. Even though i could not find a review where anyone listed my router as a fit (Craftsman 320.17543) i decided to give it a shot. Ordered it knowing i could probably return it if it didnt fit or drill it out to make it fit. Saving time in the long run. Shipping was fast, 4 days to my house! Packaged in a bubble mailer was quite sufficient for this thick and robust baseplate. I prepared my router, and installed my guide bushing on the PowerTec baseplate,then set in on the router, inserted the brass centering piece (included) through the bushing down into the collet. Began to rotate the plate until to my surprise the predrilled holes marked with the letter D lined up with all three holes in my router base! I tightened down the screws and was ready to get back to my project! I've been using various PowerTec products the past 2 years or so and i have not once been disappointed by their timely shipping, quality craftsmanship, availability, and better prices then their competitors products of same. If you need a good replacement bushing guide baseplate do not hesitate to pick one of these up! Even if your router is not exactly listed. I recommend PowerTec products to everyone i know!

Found that this base does not fit the Chicago Electric 2.5 HP (model #2218) which I bought it for, but it does fit my smaller plunge 1.5 HP Chicago Electric instead for any other Harbor Freighters who might be wondering. I would have still like to use it on the bigger beast but there isn't enought proper clearence to drill correct corresponding countersink holes without it running into at least one already drilled hole. Of which are different sizes for different sets of screws. Can't really knock whats this product isn't being listed as so take into account your router model if you take decide to take the plunge.

Since this is a kit that fits many models....The screws provided for some models of routers are too long. I assume so it fits all of the model it is made for that use that thread of screw. This is addressed in the instructions. They tell you the provided screws may be too long and advise to use the original screws from your router or to cut the provided screws to the proper length. i cut the provided screws and I was in business, no problem.

Fits perfectly with a Bosch 1617 EVS with a RA1166 plunge base.

this product was easy to install and fit my router perfectly. Clear base makes seeing what your doing.

This baseplate was delivered almost overnight! I had my fingers crossed because my specific model router wasn't listed, but it mated up perfectly with my Craftsman 315.2570 on the D set of pre-drilled holes. I used it on a project this afternoon and was really impressed with the additional visibility provided by the clear base. I could see my cut line THROUGH the base! This router will now be dedicated to template routing.

Was to fit my dewalt router . Had to modify it to make it work

Although it is not specifically listed I thought I would give it a try for my Maximum 14A 2 1/2HP router kit from Canadian Tire. the Router is great however it does not have a plate which can hole the standard guide bushings. Much to pleasant surprise my gamble paid off and this base fits perfectly using the holes in the plate marked "D". The plate itself is very well built, I would highly recommend it if your looking for plate to hold the standard type guide bushings.

Sadly it didn't fit my Triton mof001 router but it was very easy to drill 4 new holes
