These eye pieces are a great upgrade for viewing the heavens! Much easier to see through than the 1.25" eye pieces, cuts down on fatigue and they are quality you expect from Celestron!

If you have never tried 2" eyepiece on a telescope and you don't have budget to buy one, don't try it. Becasue after going back 1.25" eyepiece becaomes a tiny dimmed hole. Quality of the eyepieces are great, I don't see any image quality issue, but as these are my first 2" eyepieces, I don't have any high quality eyepiece to compare. For this price, you can't go wrong.

This kit is a good value. The value is found in the kit as a whole and the BIG view through these 2" eyepieces. The extra cost and weight vs the 1.25" eyepieces are worth the extra investment and effort to rebalance the scope. A shortcoming is in the fuzzy image near the edge of field. Lens that correct this are considerably more expensive (each lens more costly than this kit). Bottom line: very pleased with my purchase every time I look though these eyepieces.

I have used all of these eyepieces with my telescope, Celestron EdgeHD 1100 11" SCT. They are clear and the fields are flat. My 2" filters thread onto the eyepieces with no problem. I would recommend this 2" eyepiece set as an excellent starter set. My only issue has been that, one night, I forgot to tighten the retaining screw on my 2" diagonal and the eyepiece fell out, NOOOOO, and hit the concrete. Fortunately for me the eyepiece survived! The aluminum barrel was slightly bent at the bottom, but fortunately the lenses are fine, whew. When it dropped my heart skipped a beat, and then I thought I would have to buy a new eyepiece. I picked it up, checked it out, a little dinged up, but still fully functional. I would buy this set again.

They old saying, you get what you pay for...doesn't always hold truth, but in this case for the money it's OK...although I had to glue the case because it was falling apart in the front corner. thank god for crazy glue!!!!

If you have only used 1.25 inch eyepieces and your scope can take 2 inch ones, there is no better way to start seeing what you have been missing than this very professionally presented set , it even has a 90 degree diagonal , tube extender and color filters , all in a very rugged and great looking case ! It’s a huge improvement over my old smaller eyepieces, and for less than the price of one , you get 3 and a very nice 2x Barlow !!!

This is a great Basic set of eyepieces. The optics are very nice. I especially enjoy using the colored filters on planets and other objects. Haven't tried the Barlow's lens. I use these eyepieces at Public star parties instead of my more expensive eyepieces. They give very nice views of anything I focus my telescope on. I purchased 1/4 inch glow-in-the-dark tape and secured around the eyecup so visitors at star parties can see where to place their eye and look into the eyepiece. The lens cap fits nicely around the eyecup and it's stores well with the foam on top of the case The lens cap fits nicely around the eye cup so I'm not meeting to fold it down and it stores well with the foam on top of the case protecting the Eyepieces.

I had a 90 mm lense with a motorized tripod. I found it difficult viewing through the small lenses so I upgraded the barrel to 1.1 cm and ordered this 2” lense kit. It makes such a difference. Living on the 17th floor with an unobstructed view south and east has been spectacular even in town. Looking forward to going to the country dark skies.

Lo conseguí a muy buen precio y se disfruta enormemente con mi telescopio Celestron de 8 pulgadas. Llego en muy buen estado, lo recomiendo.

I have used 2" eyepiece set for celestron 11" Edg. It was perfect no issue at all. I highly recommend it to anyone who has celestron 11" Edg. Excellent product.

Good value for money. Definitely an upgrade from my 1¼ inch eyepieces. Works well with my 8 inch SCT and 10 inch Newtonian.

Fue difícil para nosotros, quienes somos principiantes en esta actividad, poder entender si podría ser compatible o no antes de decidirnos a comprarlos. Definitivamente no son para un equipo Celestron Atromaster 70. La calidad de los artículos es inmejorable, todo llegó en perfectas condiciones, muy bien empacado y realmente lo que se muestra en la foto es lo que recibes. Quedamos decepcionados por no poderlos utilizar.
