Would the smaller pump work with this ball or is it for cushions only?

Any pump will work to inflate these balls if it has the right adapter ie a smooth or ridged conical adapter of the right size. The larger the pump, the quicker it will inflate as a general rule. Isokinetics sells a larger pump that inflates on both actions of the piston (pushing and pulling) which makes inflation very quick and easy; a smaller one would also do the job, but it would take longer.

What frame do you recommend for the 65 cm ball? Is the one frame good for all size balls?

If you are talking about body frame... I would look at leg length and weight. I use both the 65 and the 75...I am lets say 'stocky"about 240-245 and 6 feet tall. I use the 75cm for a desk seat and the 65cm to exercise and stretch with. Some girls have long legsand they might like the 65 or even 75 if using for a desk seat. It sure has worked my back using it at my desk, works the legs too.I hope that helps, Bear

What is the working weight limit on this ball? I'm 220 and my husband is 350+. We want to use the balls with weights too for chest and arm exercises

i am not sure what the working weight is, the mfg should be able to tell you. just google them. i have had 400 pounds on mine when my girlfriend and i were both on it.

Does the "inflation nozzle" allow me to pump the ball up with a bicycle pump? If not, can I purchase an adapter that will allow me to do that?

The ball simply has a little tubular opening in the vinyl into which a smooth (or ridged) conical nozzle will fit snugly. A bicycle pump has a screw nozzle which will not fit the ball. You may be able to find an adapter to fit the bicycle pump but I have never seen one. A pump for an air bed might work though.

Great exercise ball at a great price!

The balls are sturdy and an excellent product at this price point. We purchased these for our kids to use during gym class and they absolutely love them. They get exercise while having fun. We purchased two different sizes; the smaller one for the elementary aged kids and the larger one for the adolescent aged kids. I definitely recommend this product to everyone!
