The 'little cakes' baked evenly and all released from the pans easily. As a suggestion, I do prep these pans in the same way as I prep a 10-cup tube pan. I didn't have a recipe for the two pans, so I used a recipe that called for 1 1/4 cups of flour, an egg, soda/powder, sugar, oil/butter and liquid and all turned out well. I baked at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes. My oven is old and not correctly calibrated, so I need to keep a close check. I brought the cakes to the Church hospitality hour and one person said the cakes were 'too pretty to eat'.
