It makes my job so much easier especially seeing it was my first time attempting chocolate coated strawberries. My customers were amazed by it and loved every single strawberry. I highly recommend getting one of these. It's a pity it didn't come with a dual insert because it would make the job tad little bit easier especially if you want to use different coloured chocolate. I highly recommend using this product. Best to use a silver metal spoon than a spatula and continuously stirring it even after turning it down to warm.
