Loved the light! Easy to use, very bright, lightweight!This is the best 18 inch professional ring light for the best price that you can get! And my experience with the seller ENVIE AND DIGITEK, from whom I bought this, was too good. There was not a single attachment that was missing, including the small connector screw, Unlike other sellers of this light. (One of the Very basic and Invaluable attachments of this light is a small connector screw which is used to attach the phone holder with the centre of the ring light was missing when I ordered the same light from other sellers before, therefore had to return it). But the seller ENVIE AND DIGITEK’s customer dealing and service was excellent, And I did not experience any hassle with this seller. So I would suggest you place an order of the this light with the seller ENVIE and DIGITEK only, in order to ensure best Product and Delivery experience. 🤗 The First video I uploaded is of the ring light from another seller that had the screw missing. The Second pic is of the same ring light which I ordered from the seller ENVIE and DIGITEK that had all the parts included.

This 5 start is specifically for the Service and Customer support team of DIGITEK. The product was received on time but when we opened the packet the light was not turning ON. We requested a replacement but it was not applicable for this item. Hence we initiated service call on DIGITEK mail id and got instant response from the team. We sent them the item to their Delhi address (yes, we paid for the courier) and they do the repair work and send back the light (yes, they paid the courier charges). The whole process was done so fast and they ware so responsive on mail.At the end, the light is working and we are happy with the DIGITEK.

The ring light works well and delivers consistent brightness with good control over color temperature and intensity. It is suitable for content creation, video calls, and photography, and overall performance meets expectations.However, the carry bag quality is quite poor. The zip failed very quickly, which is disappointing for a product meant to be portable. The bag does not match the quality of the light itself.Overall, the ring light is good, but the accessories, especially the bag, need improvement.

Ring light ekdam bekar hai.or quality bhi achhi nahi uski. Bag bhi unhone kharab diya fungus laga huaa. Or company ne mention bhi nahi kiya ke iske sath stand nahi milenga. Itna mehenga ring light hone ke baad bhi unhone stand nahi diya iska. Or mene costumer care se bhi baat kri. Unhone bhi kuch help nahi kiya. Ab itna mehanga lene ke bad mujhe stand alg se lena pdega.Mujhe ye return krna tha to vo bole policy me nahi hai mention. Ab mene unse kaha ke me kitni shopping krti hu help kra do me dusra ring light order krungi to vo bole ham kuch nahi kr sakte. To ye bilkul mat lo aap kuch achha nahi. Or Amazon se bhi kuch lena nahi ye amazon vale bhi support nahi krte. Ye dusri bar huaa ese.
