**Q: How can I return item, volume dial turns really hard and difficult to use.**
A: Contact Amazon through website and indicate desire to return item.  We did not even need to send this one back and they refunded it.

**Q: How's the reception of this radio?  Are you able to tune in radio stations with weaker signals?**
A: Honestly, you will probably only get the really strong signals. I live in a small town and have trouble tuning in to our larger station. If I bump it just slightly I have to tune the stupid thing. It actually worked great when I got it. But now it seems like if I move wrong it goes out. It could be our stations too. They aren't the greatest.

**Q: how do you change the clock?**
A: You press the mode button to select the hour or the minute and you press the set button to increase the number. It is quite simple.

**Q: Mine died after a month ,did anyone else have this problem?**
A: I only had mine a short time (maybe 4-6 months) and it died. The description says splash proof, but also water proof... which is it?
