Firsr time for me and I really like this vinegar it has a great taste and is not too strong or acidic. Better for salads than the Chinese black vinegar and not so expensive.

Datu puti really a good quality the vinegar are best to used for cooking like pork adobo it give the most aromatic and flavor to your cooking.

OK,lets talk truth,you like to make asian food,but you substitute some ingredients,your truley missing out if you dont use this vinegar,its not like apple cider or white vinegar,its got its own flavor profile and hard to find in stores outside an asian market.worth every penny.
