Right out of the tin, the beans smell aromatic, with a rich, slightly sweet fragrance. As an espresso, the coffee is smooth and well-balanced, with clear notes of chocolate. There’s also a mild, pleasant acidity that adds brightness without being overpowering. I also felt some bitterness, it could be due to my wrong grinding setting, I usually use 9 or 8 on Sage smart grinder. It also produce acceptable amounts of creme The only downside is the price, as it’s a bit more expensive than some other brands, I rather to buy it when on offers.
